A simple, traditional Neapolitan pizza with fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, and basil.

Mix flour, water, yeast, and salt. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.

Let dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

Crush San Marzano tomatoes and spread on stretched dough.

Add torn mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake at 250°C for 10-12 minutes. Top with fresh basil.

Notes

Use a pizza stone for the best crust.
