Teriyaki Salmon Bowl
Glazed teriyaki salmon over sushi rice with edamame, avocado, and pickled ginger.

Mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, garlic, and ginger for teriyaki glaze.

Brush salmon fillets with glaze and broil for 8-10 minutes.

Cook sushi rice according to package directions. Season with rice vinegar.

Assemble bowls: rice, salmon, edamame, avocado, and pickled ginger.
Notes
Skin-on salmon fillets give the best texture under the broiler.
