Stir-fried rice noodles with shrimp, tofu, peanuts, and a tangy tamarind sauce.

Soak rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain.

Mix tamarind paste, fish sauce, sugar, and soy sauce for the sauce.

Stir-fry shrimp and tofu in a hot wok until just cooked.

Notes

Use flat rice noodles (banh pho) for authentic texture.
