Greek Salad

Crisp cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese with a lemon-oregano dressing.

Cut cucumber and tomatoes into chunks. Slice red onion thinly.

Add Kalamata olives and cubed feta.

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Use Kalamata olives for the best flavour.
