BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow-cooked pulled pork with tangy BBQ sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

Rub pork shoulder generously with spice mix: paprika, cumin, brown sugar, salt.

Place in slow cooker with onions, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours until fork-tender.
